Cancellation and No Shows – we kindly ask for 24-hour notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of appointment time, and no call/no shows will be charged a flat fee of $40 at their next visit.

Late pickup fee – a fee of $30 will be applied to pickup that is an hour late or more, unless the owner tells us at drop off time, in advance, about circumstances that will prevent them from picking up their pet when called.

De-matting fee- will be applied to pets whose coat was so matted, that we had to take special care to prevent injuring the pet. Typically, that would mean that your pet’s appointment would take longer to finish, which, in turn, will affect the groomer’s schedule as well as subsequent clients.
